Google Analytics – When visitors come onto our website they are analysed by our 3rd party service, Google analytics to collect internet log information and details of their visit and behaviour patterns. We do this to find out how many visitors we have to various pages and the information is processed in a way that the user is anonymous unless signing up themselves. We do not make, or allow Google to make attempts to identify those anonymous users exploring our sites.

Spark Sales Online utilise a 3rd party provider for email campaigns and list management, Mailchimp. This newsletter and email statistics partner help us to monitor engagement and reception to our marketing mails. To amend any of your marketing data we hold on Mailchimp you can access your account through our website or unsubscribing directly through our marketing messages. Forms.

Our Marketing forms collect and hold any data entered by visitors and sends those details to our mailing lists that are held by Mailchimp. Our lists are double-opt in and email all details collected by our services to the user on signup. Access is available from Mailchimp should the user need to change any details or unsubscribe at any time. We never share any information from our forms with any source outside of Spark Sales Online.

This privacy policy will be evaluated and any changes made informed to our customers and users by no later than 1st November 2020. Any updates that effect how we handle or process your data will be clearly communicated on our site or by way of email communication if you are signed up to your mailing lists.
