They came to Spark Sales Online to find out how they could boost their online presence as well as plan a successful strategy to process and ship orders at the most cost effective prices. They wanted a solution that would update and amend orders across popular platforms like eBay and Amazon to ensure they respond faster than their competition.

After deploying a Woo Commerce site that would categorise and promote their products range, we set about to create an order management system that would automate the listing process to their new site, ebay and Amazon. Stock is updated on all selling channels whenever orders were processed and assigns the shipping courier services using a custom rule set to ensure they were using the most cost effective services. We designed new, branded invoices and pick lists to align company imagery before training their key staff in house on the operation of the new solution.
Solution
Now with listing handled through their Linnworks solution Reboot retro can update their new stock and product lines across eBay, amazon and Woo commerce to quickly react to changing product lines and incoming orders. Reboot Retro also benefit when it comes to account health, with orders being turned around faster than ever before they are able to maintain their position as a trusted seller on the two most important platforms.
